Accepting an assignment from a signing service can send mobile notaries into the most interesting places.

Many mobile notaries sign up with several signing service platforms in order to keep their schedule as busy as the notary would like. That flexibility really goes a long way for working the hours chosen by the notary. But most often the location is already predetermined and the place usually has some role in the signing transaction. These days, meeting clients not only takes place in homes and offices, but in coffee shops, parks or beachfront parking lots.
Whether the notary’s service area is large or small, when mobile notaries show up to meet the client, they can say they’ve seen it all. Not to mention the importance of having the tools to make signings easy for all parties involved. These can include clipboards, folding chairs and tables and heavy duty binder clips. True story – I once used a surfboard to make a signing table!
