Upon completion of your notary course with us, you must still pass the Notary Public examination and the background criminal check, and have your application approved in order to receive your notary public commission packet from the California Secretary of State. Once received, you must mail to us the original “Certificate of Authorization to Manufacture Notary Public Seals” per the instructions here.

This certificate is required to process your order. We need your original certificate to record the sample impressions on. We process the original with Sacramento and keep a copy on file for 5 years. Prompt submission of the certificate is essential for orders including a notary seal/stamp or embosser. For accuracy reasons, phone orders are not accepted.

Please make sure the shipping address you provide when placing your order current and accurate.

If you order additional supplies with your stamp/seal or embosser, we will hold them to ship your complete order together.
