Note about seal/stamp or embosser orders:
Upon completion of your notary course with us, you must still pass the Notary Public examination, pass the background criminal check and have your application approved to receive your notary public commission packet from the California Secretary of State. Once received, you must mail the original “Certificate of authorization to manufacture notary public seals” certificate to the us using the instructions here.

As a precaution against fraud, the State of California requires that your Certificate of Authorization to Manufacture Notary Public Seal be processed with an actual impression of your stamp or seal and filed with the Notary Division of the Secretary Of State’s Office, a sort of impression “fingerprint.”
Our manufacturing partner is required to do this. We need your original certificate to record the sample impressions on. We process the original with Sacramento and keep a copy on file for 5 years.
Prompt submission of the certificate mentioned is essential for orders including a notary seal/stamp or embosser. For accuracy reasons, no over-the-phone orders are accepted. Please make sure the shipping address provided at the time of the order is still accurate. If you ordered other supplies with your stamp/seal or embosser, we will wait to mail them out all at once.
After the required documentation is received by us, please allow 3-5 business days to manufacture and ship.
