Appointment Requirements
Appointments are not required in Mendocino County. Processing is strictly handled on a walk-in basis. Counter Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Strict Group Capacity Limit: Due to administrative design constraints, the office strictly enforces a rule allowing a maximum of four groups of people at a time inside the public counter area. If the room is at capacity, applicants will be asked to wait in the hallway. Applicants are advised to arrive by 4:30 PM at the absolute latest to bypass capacity queues before the 5:00 PM system shutdown.

Mail Filing Option
