Stamp/Embosser Instructions
In order to produce your custom stamp, seal, or embosser, we need you to mail your ORIGINAL "Certificate of authorization to manufacture notary public seals" document to:

We need your original certificate to record the sample impressions on. We process the original with Sacramento and keep a copy on file for 5 years.
Prompt submission of the certificate mentioned is essential for orders including a notary seal/stamp or embosser. For accuracy reasons, no over-the-phone orders are accepted. Please make sure the shipping address provided at the time of the order is still accurate.
If you ordered other supplies with your stamp/seal or embosser, those will be mailed with this order.
After the required documentation is received by us, please allow 3-5 business days to manufacture and ship.
